Current TAT(processing time):
The time I need to process and make your order is up to 7-10 business days. Cancellations will be allowed as long as they are done within 6 hours of being purchased. Changes are not allowed once the order has been completed. If you have any questions before or after purchasing please email me at 3brocoapparel@gmail.com
Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping times are not included in processing times.
First Class Mail: estimated 1-5 shipping days
Priority Mail: estimated 1-3 shipping days; priority mail packages are insured.
If your order shows delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office. If. they can't help you, please email me at 3brocoapparel@gmail.com
Returns :
Bro Co Apparel is currently not accepting returns or exchanges due to everything being made on demand.
Please notify me at 3brocoapparel@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery though if you received a defected item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Sale items are exempt from returns and exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send pictures of the defected or damaged item to 3brocoapparel@gmail.com.
